After downloading a PCAP for a call via Oracle Communications Session Monitor (OCSM) for which RTP has been recorded, in the PCAP there are RTP packets visible, however not the complete packet seems to be captured, but just 54 bytes.

The signalling messages however are completely present.

The Frame line shows 214 bytes on wire, 54 bytes captured.

At the end of the packet you see [Packet size limited during capture: RTP truncated]
