Symptoms

During the upgrade of an Infiinband switch in a multirack environment (e.g - multiple engineered systems connected together via IB), verifiy-topology fails as seen in this patchmgr output:

 

The currently active Exadata image version (and thus the version of verify-topology) is 12.1.2.1.1 or lower.
