Goal
The following error is seen when you run "./OCDoctor.sh --troubleshoot"
When DBA performs a create tablespace they are not sure what the <oc_user_name> is in the DB.
For example: saying there are 3 users in the DB: OC, OC_RO, ORACLE_OCM.
Which should be the <oc_user_name>?
