Symptoms
Example configuration and problem observations in I/O domain:
There are two virtual FC cards shared on a primary and a secondary domain ( root domain, io domain and service domain).
When restarting one domain, for example the primary one, in the secondary domain the disks are suspended, then format hangs.
This appears to be a consequence of failure to properly unconfigure the qlc instance which is not accessible,
for example the following is observed in /var/adm messages:
It is not possible to recover from this failure with cfgadm and rebooting the system is needed in order to recover the failed HBA.
