How to Monitor Total Active Calls (inbound/outbound) on IP Tags (Doc ID 2078526.1)

Goal

When setting up Alerts or KPI monitoring, we are unable to monitor on the combined inbound\outbound sessions traversing an IP that is setup as a Device Tag.
