NNC - Admin User Cannot Change The User/group Permission (Doc ID 2079195.1)

Our NNC version is NNC74M3. We installed the report manager and follow the user guide of report manager to create a group named "monitors". When we tried to change the permission of this user, the NNC prompted "The default user group permission is not allowed edit". I'm using default admin account but not allowed to do this action. Please tell us how to successfully change the user/group permission
