Symptoms

It is not possible to upload builder to IXP subsystem because nsp_primary reachability:

  1. In NSP GUI error message is:
    Exception in thread "main" com.steleus.mbean.nfm.NFMException: Connection error to server: nsp_prima
  2. In IxpManage process log:
