Goal

Solaris Cluster offers a Data Service to manage and monitor Solaris Zones (also referred as Solaris Containers).
This document explains how the fault monitor for HA checks the health of zones it manages.
We focus on native zones on Solaris 10 and 11: we are not discussing branded zones (used to emulate older or different OS release).
