Goal
Here is a an example to demonstrate why there is a difference between guest zpool and CDOM's zvol reported size.
So, rewinding our zpool to an earlier txg allow us to access the deleted file because the space used by the file was still used/allocated by previous txgs and the fact that Copy on Write (COW) do always write modified data to a new location.
