The Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Client is installed on a supported Windows client as per:

Frequently, users report that when launching the SGD client to login to SGD, it will fail and a dialog box stating:

Oracle Secure Global Desktop Client has stopped working

is displayed.

The dialog box is presented after the SGD Login dialog box and the users are unable to reach their Workspaces/Webtops.
