Users report that they see a "SOAP Fault - Secure Global Desktop Client" dialog box displayed after the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Login dialog box when using a Windows client device. An example of the contents of the dialog box is below:


from the command prompt on the Secure Global Desktop Windows client device, they see one or more printers with a "Port name" that is more than 256 characters in length.
