Exadata Storage Cells and DB Nodes reset ILOM periodically (Doc ID 2099390.1)

Symptoms

A user may notice that the ILOM of an Exadata's Storage Cells and DB Nodes will be reset occasionally.

When this happens the following entry in the system event list may be seen-

When the ILOM is reset you will notice that the network switch connected to the network management port will report a "Link Down" for the port while the reset is in progress.

Also of note is that the OS will log the disconnecting of the ILOM's virtual usb devices CD-ROM/floppy/etc.
