SAS HBAs Are Not Visible after upgrading to 11.3.SRU2 and FW upgrade of FMOD F5100 (Doc ID 2104943.1)

After upgrading Solaris to 11.3.SRU2 and FMOD F5100 FW, SAS HBAs cannot be seen from Solaris.

The following message may seen during system boot:

Issue was triggered after updating mpt_sas firmware. This is an example of one of the firmware update commands resulting in the condition:

# fwupdate update disk-firmware -f FMOD_D139_CKE_high.bin -n <disk ID>
