Goal

When the customer is configuration a "Mail From" email address in NSP Alarm Forwarding application, the forwarded email will be sent once from the default email address (noreply@tekelec.com) and once from the customized email address. So the receiver will receive duplicate emails for each forwarded alarms.

How can this behaviour be fixed ?
