E5-MS Fresh Installation Failure Unable To Connect To GUI (Doc ID 2106358.1)

Symptoms

We have installed release R45.0.1 today. After the fresh installation, we can't launch E5-MS client. We have started E5MS services on both servers. And the replication is working properly. Could you investigate?
