SPR SDM Provisioning Logs Are Incomplete On Active Server And Seen on Standby Server (Doc ID 2106626.1)

Goal

 After activating Provisioning logs, it appears they are written on both Active and Standby servers, where it should be only on Active, which has the Provisioning VIPs.
Both files do not contain the same data; hence, to have the full view on Provisioning logs, we need to get files from both server and merge them.

If this is working as designed, then the documentation needs to be updated, as in Feature Notice 910-6861-001_rev_a.pdf, page 10, the following is indicated:
"SPR log files are stored on the server associated with the provisioning interface."

As the Provisioning VIP is only active on one server at a time, this sentence is wrong.
