Ops Center Reports "Internet Disconnected" (Earth Globe is not lit) while no symptoms are evident (Doc ID 2107877.1)

Symptoms

Ops Center Reports "Internet Disconnected" (the earth Globe is greyed out) while no symptoms are evident.

1. Confirm - Ops Center is configured Direct-Internet (NO http Proxy), which you can confirm fields are BLANK from (BUI) browser interface:

NAVIGATION -> Adminstration -> Enterprise Controller
ACTIONS -> Change HTTP Proxy
...Notice the SERVER (all fields) are BLANK (no HTTP Proxy is defined!)
...click <CANCEL>

2. And while OCDoctor.sh --check-connectivity passes all 5 tests OK
