Symptoms
Format is not showing all the drives. There are some devices missing in its output.
On the example below, most of the drives mapped from storage target WWN 50060E8007E3CE22 are missing. Only LUN 0 on this target is seen when more LUNs should be listed. This issue occurred after a host reboot.
The standard troubleshooting steps have been tried without success: the configuration and permissions on the array side have been checked, a devfsadm and a reconfiguration reboot were attempted also.
