LTFS-LE: Tape to Tape Copy Fails "Operation not permitted" (Doc ID 2110183.1)

Customer copies data from one LTFS volume to the other but the copy fails with these errors:

We can see that the volumes were unmounted 5 minutes earlier and there is no new mount for the needed volumes before th "cp" fails
