Error When Uploading Signed Certificate (Doc ID 2118687.1)

Symptoms

The signed certificate cannot be uploaded successfully under the PSA > Server Certificate. A sample error that is received when trying to apply (however note that this article covers how to overcome other possible errors of unsuccessful certificate upload by providing hints what to check and how to properly use the Certificate configurations of OCSM):
