How to force ethernet interfaces to run at 100 Full Duplex in Solaris 11 (Doc ID 2123628.1)

Interface ports connected to a switch with forced port settings show up as failed or inaccessible in ipadm. They do not have reliable network connectivity.

Note - Solaris and most switches by default use Auto-Negotiation for speed and duplex settings. So in most cases we do not need the settings below.
