Occasionally, a Sun Ray deployment may experience repeated failure of one or more Sun Ray clients in an environment where all clients are configured to connect to remote Windows servers. This failure results in the user(s) being provided with a black screen (though the mouse pointer is active).  This document is provided to give a Sun Ray Administrator an outline of the information to gather to help identify the cause of the failure.
