Goal
Sometimes it could be necessary to upgrade an installed version of package by a newer version from a different publisher.
For example, you want to install an updated version of a package built from the solaris-userland project [https://github.com/oracle/solaris-userland]
If you try to install those packages even by specifying the new publisher name in the package name (ie pkg://<publisher>/...) it will most likely fail.
In this example, I want to replace the 'setuptools' packages from the 'solaris' publisher with a package from the 'nightly' publisher:
