Symptoms

Both nodes of a cluster suffered a reservation conflict panic:

 

Changes

The reservation conflict occurred after migrating from iSCSI to FCAL access for all LUNs on a ZFS Storage Appliance. The reservation conflict occurred for a LUN that had SCSI-3 Persistent Group Reservation (PGR) keys registered, and a reservation set on the LUN.
