Symptoms

WHen attempting to install and configure a logical domain, using a plan you have configured for your site:

PLAN MANAGEMENT -> Deployment Plans -> Configure and Install Logical Domains -> [your plan name]

The Ops Center Wizard cannot proceed beyond the boot interface. The Boot Network column will not present a Boot Network IP, nor will it accept any entered values:

Boot Interface Resource Assignments [Boot Interfaces] [Network Column*]
