Symptoms
Attempts to configure the 'Store Type' in Enterprise Manager - Fusion Middleware Control 12c, fails with the error:
Failed to get anonymous properties
Steps to reproduce:
In Enterprise Manager (EM), navigate as follows:
1. Right mouse click on 'bi', select Security/Security Provider Configuration to display the Security Provider Configuration page.
2. Expand Security Stores
3. Click on the 'Change Store Type' button
4. The 'Failed to get anonymous properties' error is displayed.
