Information in this document applies to any platform.

Due to fire event on Eagle site and the AC power supply outage, Eagle STP was isolated.
The whole traffic has been moved to STP02 and caused overload of DSM and INAP cards.
The STP02 used two E5-SM8G cards which were not able to provide service for the SCCP traffic.
The customer added two additional cards E5-SM4G to increase the traffic capacity.
In a previous SR, we recommended an increase of the reserved TPS for some links.
In order to calculate the TPS quantity required for single STP to be able to process traffic for all their customers, they require an investigation of the overload event.
During the event usage of TPS's reached 30K.
The customer is looking forward to get answers for the below questions:

1. Was the load real?
2. Were there any alerts or alarms on the STP02 which reflected the TPS shortage?
3. Were there any rejects for SCCP messages?
4. Were there any re-transmits etc.?
