Solaris Hung On Creating Vnic On Specific Vlan (Doc ID 2135737.1)

Symptoms

Solaris 11 SRU 19, customer was trying  to create vnic on top of 10Gb ixgbe card:

dladm create-vnic -l net19 pippo0
ipadm create-ip pipp0          <<<<<====== command hung for some minutes and all network structure of host stop responding or very very slow.


After creation however interface is still unusable and not work at all

Interface is connected to switch in access mode with default vlan.
