Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 prior to 11.3 using OSM may hang (Doc ID 2135852.1)

Symptoms

When Optimized Shared Memory(OSM) is used on Solaris 10, Solaris 11.0, 11.1, 11.2, it can cause a system hang.

Should this issue happen,  stack traces similar to the following are observed:
