iSCSI: No Failover After Primary Path Is Degraded In MPxIO For iSCSI Boot Env ( Bug 22373962 ) (Doc ID 2136528.1)

Symptoms

The original bug: Bug 20084873 - No failover after primary path is degraded in MPxIO for iSCSI
which  was initially reported in 11.1 SRU20 was fixed in 5.12.0.0.0.83.0 and subsequently backported to SRU11.3.2.4.0,

Changes

The customer updated to SRU11.3.2.4.0 and tested against bug 20084873.

The iSCSI failover works on a non-boot iSCSI environment but does not failover on an iSCSI boot environment

They filed another bug:

Bug 22373962 - No failover after primary path is degraded in MPxIO for iSCSI boot environment
