Can't Install Package Service/network/ftp In Solaris 11 Labeled Zone (Doc ID 2141927.1)

Symptoms

Unable able to install package service/network/ftp in a labeled zone. However, If Trusted Extensions are not enabled, and we build a normal solaris zone, then yes, the package ftp will install.

Here is the basic stacktrace.

# pkg install service/network/ftp
