Symptoms
Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) 5.2 users with leading '0' in their Profile Name find that when logging into SGD, they login with no errors but their Webtops are empty i.e there are no applications displayed.
Changes
The profile for the user has a leading '0' as part of the Name attribute. This can be confirmed from the command line as root on the SGD server by listing the attributes of the User Profile. (Default installation directory is assumed below.)
Note the leading 0 in the Name: line.
This is best changed from the Administration Console.
