Symptoms

Remove authentication user show popup error message:

Cannot get all MOS Users: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not get Entitlement Service. (101214)

EC cacao logs shows following incidents:

at com.sun.xvm.services.dao.user.impl.UserDaoImpl.getAllMOSUsers(UserDaoImpl.java:305)
at com.sun.xvm.services.dao.user.impl.UserDaoImpl.getAllMOSUsers(UserDaoImpl.java:293)

and
