=== Issue Clarification===
Oracle Communications Policy Management
After upgrade from 10.5.6 to 184.108.40.206 it was noticed that all Policies handling Passes were not working anymore, It just look like the user has no passes when they started a session. So what we found is that a new option appear on the Passes configuration page (Policy Server -> Quota Profiles -> Passes) and it says Quota Profile Type, and it has two options available: Subscriber or Pool. But the problem is that after the upgrade the Pool option is selected by default, so we figure out that was the reason they didn't work, we changed a couple of them to Subscriber type and they worked again.
Passes after the upgrade are assigned as Pool instead of Subscriber in the Quota profile type.
Passes after the upgrade to 220.127.116.11 should be assigned as Subscriber in the Quota profile type as the quota profile type "Pool" was not there in 10.5.x
1. Before upgrading from 10.5.x to 18.104.22.168.0, Create one pass and there is no "Quota Profile type" for pass in 10.5.x and verify that pass is granted quota.
2. Upgrade to 22.214.171.124.0 and check quota profile->Passes--> Pass1(for example) ->quota profile type. It will show quota profile type as pool
First observed a failure?
After upgrade to 126.96.36.199
All subscribers having configured passes in release 10.5.x are effected.
