SAN Volumes Reverted To Root Ownership Following Kernel Panic (Doc ID 2149909.1)

After a panic, the SAN volumes ownership and permissions have been changed from oracle 600 to root 640.
This prevented Oracle RAC CRS from starting.

No change was done apparently.
