NSP Oracle Backup Failed because Partition is Full with Old Backup Files

(Doc ID 2151901.1)

Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Software - Version 9.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

NSP backup script logic for purge mechanism makes that it needs enough space to do the backup (at least 5 Gbytes) in the dedicated directory (/usr/TKLC/oracle/backup).

This mechanism keeps only the 7 last backup files.

The customer stored hundreds of old backups in the backup directory, where nothing is supposed to be "manually" stored. Only the last 7 backup files are kept there.
