Numerous ereport.io.scsi.cmd.disk.dev.rqs.derr class events generated by FMA causing /var file system full condition.

Analysis showed the following:

1. All events were against LUNs on the same path.
2. All events were of the ASC type: 0x25 - Illegal Request.
