ACSLS - Drive is Full and In Use With No Tape Inside (Doc ID 2161145.1)

ACSLS getting "Drive is full" error during mount operation but drive is not full (i.e., there is no tape in the drive)

Drive showing "In use" status but there was no tape in the drive.
Reset the drive status by following the procedure in this document - ACSLS - Drive Shows IN USE When No Tape is Loaded (<Document: 1013748.1>).

Ran a test by mounting a tape in the drive. The problem persisted with ACSLS getting these errors:



Drive was replaced
