Purpose
Symptoms:
- Trying to access ssh results in "Connection refused"
- ssh was working in the past
- probably there was a update after which it stopped to work
- in PSA (https://IPofmachine/setup/), section "Remote Access" ""Enable full shell access (SSH)" is ticket and "Remote Access Credentials" present (see document 1919658.1)
