Solaris Cluster 4.x HSM/QFS Failover/Failback get Timeout and Fails with "Oracle HSM: file system hsm1 not started sync for ..." (Doc ID 2166730.1)

Symptoms

A Solaris Cluster resource group failover of SUNW.qfs resource was not successful.

The SUNW.qfs resource "has-qfs" was experiencing timeouts in the "scqfs_prenet_start" method:

Made changes to the HSM mcf and hosts. files.
