Radius Authentication Removing User Settings when using 'PLD-User-Permissions' number displayed by Web GUI (Doc ID 2168099.1)

Symptoms

When using Radius LDAP you must manually set the permission bit for the Radius LDAP group based on the PLD-User-Permissions displayed in the web interface after editing a user.

Because if this issue, some newly edited permissions did not work for some users, causing unwanted restrictions. This occurred even though the permissions are added in the web interface.
