Purpose

This bulletin is to better prepare our customers in the event their service area is severely impacted by a hurricane, tornado, ice storm, flood, power outage, act of God, or other “Force Majeure” event.  If a customer is using a unique configuration, or has customized the product in any way that is not described in Oracle-provided documentation, then the customer is responsible for defining / implementing any additional backup/recovery measures. Oracle is prepared to respond to all requests for technical assistance due to such events once a customer opens a SR via My Oracle Support (MOS) or Oracle Call Center at +1 800 223-1711 (Oracle Support)
