Applies to:

Solaris Operating System - Version 11.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The platform is a T7-2 machine, the control domain is a Sol11.3 and the guest ldom is a Sol10.

As for IBM DS88xx architecture, the volume group is a logical resource, which is the construct that makes Luns visible to HOSTS.
In other words, an host can reach a LUN if its wwpn belongs to the same volume group of LUNs.

If a host (A) has access to an ZFS Pool on an IBM DS88xx Storage Array in volume group (1) , and the Array shares the same
volume group (1) without intervention and/or stopping IO, to another host (B) the zfs-Pool may suffer from Data Corruption.
