Data corruption can happen at mpgroup failover under rare condition (Doc ID 2175854.1)

When mpgroup is configured on Oracle VM Server for SPARC (or LDOMS), failover happens if the primary IO service domain does not process IO requests from a guest domain. If the the primary IO service domain temporary hangs up and eventually recover after the service has already mpgroup failovered to the secondary IO service domain, data corruption on the guest domain can happen.
