Users find after they login to Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) on a supported Windows client, they cannot start any applications and get the Error:
Logging out and back in does not resolve the issue. Users have to reboot their client to stop the error occurring.
Checking the tcc.txt, it stops at record 42:
42 ... COM setup successful
