Symptoms

Very high value for MP Performance KPI TmAnswerTimeAvg & TmAnswerTimePeak

TmAnswerTimeAvg is defined as Average time (in milliseconds) to process an Answer message. This is the time from when a Diameter Answer message is read from the ingress peer's SCTP/TCP socket until it is sent to the egress peer’s SCTP/TCP socket.

TmAnswerTimePeak is defined as Peak time (in milliseconds) to process an Answer message. This is the time from when a Diameter Answer message is read from the ingress peer’s SCTP/TCP socket until it is sent to the egress peer’s SCTP/TCP socket.
