Secure Global Desktop client does not use its HTTP proxy server setting

Symptoms
Users may have below configuration:
1. In the default supported browser, the proxy setting is enabled. Secure Global Desktop (SGD) server is not accessible with this proxy setting. SGD server is accessible with no proxy set.
2. Start SGD client by going to Start -> All programs -> Oracle Secure Global Desktop -> Oracle Secure Global Desktop Client, select "Use HTTP proxy server" radio button but do not enter anything into "host" or "port" fields. When users try to connect to SGD server by the SGD client, they will find they cannot connect.
