Control Domain affected, customer need to have zpool that was suspended and was unsuspended (likely trigger point) in the past

Symptoms

 ldm commands on Control Domain hanging on ZFS, customer unable to run Explorer - will hang while collecting zpool history

Changes

 At least one zpool was suspended (due to underlined storage connectivity issues) and was unsuspended afterwards
