Purpose
This document explains how to interpret and change the information displayed by the ibhosts and ibnodes commands on Oracle SuperCluster
Scope
This document applies only to Solaris on Oracle SuperCluster. There are different methods for changing the same information on other Oracle engineered systems e.g. Linux Exadata
Note that the hostnames in the examples below are not real systems and the IP addresses are default addresses from the 192.168.0.0/16 IANA private use range assigned to all SuperClusters and do NOT identify any individual systems.
