Goal
The goal of this document is to assist in determining if one or more CVEs identified by a security vulnerability scan apply to an Oracle Database Appliance (ODA).
For vulnerabilities that do not have a CVE AND require changing the default SNMP community string, see Doc ID 2181438.1.
This document is for ODA engineered systems only. For Exadata and SuperCluster engineered systems, refer to Doc ID 2182530.1.
This document is focused on locating fixed for vulnerabilities in Oracle products. If the vulnerability is not for an Oracle product (for example, the Mono framework, Adobe Flash, etc) then you must contact the vendor of that software for assistance. Oracle cannot provide support for non-Oracle products even though they are installed on an Oracle engineered system.
